Absolutely. We believe it’s very important to keep you up to date and informed throughout the sales or letting process. Fortnightly updates are our minimum contact timescales. Realistically, you’re likely to hear from your negotiator every few days. We can update you by phone, letter, email or just by a quick text if you’d prefer. Even when your property is tenanted you will still hear from us, following our Property Inspector’s quarterly visit to your property – so even if you are living far away you’ll never feel too distant from your investment.
