Our new online repair platform has now “gone live” and we have had a very productive 1st week with lots of landlords, tenants and contractors using the system successfully.

Our new maintenance portal is designed to make reporting repairs easier for tenants. The efficient reporting system allows our tenants to tell us the exact problem and also give them the option to send photos & videos to help our team diagnose the problem quickly and correctly. Tenants are immediately updated with a response and can log into the system as and when they wish to see what progress has been made.

Landlords are able to communicate with the Moores Maintenance Team through the system and will receive quotes, updates and invoices directly to their account using the online portal.

Our contractors have been trained on the system and are loving being able to report to us directly from a job as well as being able to send us photos of completed works and an invoice which can then be sent straight to the landlord (and saved to the system for any future reference).

Our Maintenance Co-ordinators Gemma and Taylor are fully trained up on the new system and have hit the ground running….
