Moores Estate Agents are looking to recruit a full time Social Media, Marketing and Estate Agency Admin Administrator to join our team at our successful office on St Anne’s Road, Headingley.  The role is ideal for someone who can work independently as well as part of a wider team.  You’ll be reporting to the Directors who will give advice and guidance on the marketing to be produced.

Hours of Work:

8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required to cover holidays (Sat 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10.30am to 4pm) with a full day off in lieu for each weekend day worked

Early September


22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. 2 days must be used for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Overall Objectives:

Manage our social media platforms, create/prepare and launch marketing material, and provide admin assistance to both the sales and rentals teams with the objective of increasing the brand awareness and revenue of Moores

Specific Objectives:

Manage our social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn inc. creating paid for advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

Prepare and publish our fortnightly e-newsletter using Mailing Manager

Prepare and publish Brief Your Market canvassing cards

Refresh and prepare new blog posts for our website/social media/newsletter

Ensure our marketing material is up to date and consistent

Refresh poster content in the office

Update our own website on a monthly basis

Ensure marketing on the property portals is up to date; OnTheMarket and Rightmove inc. refreshing the adverts on a seasonal basis

Assist with all estate agency administration incl. inputting references onto Homelet platform, producing Video Tours, helping to list properties for sale using our CRM system incl. preparing property sales brochures, uploading properties to the property portals


Smartly presented, well spoken and articulate

Competent with MS Windows and MS Office

Social media fluent – experience of social media marketing ideal

Estate agency experience beneficial but not essential – training can be provided but good keyboard skills a prerequisite
