Property Location

From the city centre, follow the A660 Woodhouse Lane north-west out of town. Continue past Leeds University, past Woodhouse Moor and through the traffic lights at Hyde Park Corner continuing onto what is known as Headingley Lane. Take the third turning on the right into Cumberland Road. Continue to the top of Cumberland Road where this property can be found on the left-hand side. You will see high double gates to the driveway and garage of Ruse House. Next to this on the right is a ginnel, off which is the entrance to Ruse House.
