“I have lived at the property for 10 years and have very much enjoyed the area. Down the hill in Meanwood’s centre you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés and bars, plus some lovely, family run restaurants such as Zuccos and Via Verde, but Parkland Terrace itself is a very quiet spot. When the rest of the city gets up and goes to work, all you will hear in the morning is bird song coming from the garden. One other thing that we liked was not having to deal with a corporate management company, our shared spaces are managed by ourselves, giving us a greater say in how things are run.”
