From the centre of Pudsey by the junction of Lidget Hill, Lowtown and Church Lane, proceed southwest along Church Lane with the bus station on your left. Continue past Pudsey Park and Pudsey Parish Church and just after the Cenotaph turn left into Carlisle Road. At the end of Carlisle Road turn left onto Fartown. Take the second major right into Hillthorpe Road and continue to the top, bearing left into the corner of the cul-de-sac. This gives access to the unmade road which runs around the right between the gates of Fairmount.
