“We bought the flat from the developers, off-plan, and just knew it was perfect for what we wanted. It had space, was light and bright, the lounge was a perfect layout for dinner parties with family and friends, and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms we could have guests stop-over without being crowded. As we’re both busy and out at work such a lot, we wanted somewhere that offered security when we weren’t around, didn’t need our attention with regard to external maintenance and gardening yet had some outside space where we could sit during warm summer evenings. We’ll be very sorry to leave the flat, as we’ve lavished a lot of love and attention on it, but I’m sure someone will appreciate what we’ve done and enjoy it as much as we have for many years to come.”

From the Lawnswood roundabout at the junction of the Leeds Outer Ring Road and the A660 Otley Road, by Lawnswood High School and the Weetwood Hall Hotel, proceed south along the A660 Otley Road, past the Weetwood Hall Hotel entrance, around the corner by the mini-roundabout where the shops and restaurants are and continue past the Village Hotel and Gym, turning right at the next set of traffic lights into Thornbury Avenue.
