From the Lawnswood roundabout at the junction of the A660 Otley Road and the north Leeds Ring Road (A6120) proceed east along the Ring Road towards Alwoodley and Moortown and at the next set of traffic lights turn right into Tongue Lane (by David Lloyd Fitness Centre). Proceed along Tongue Lane for about one third of a mile and opposite the end of Cardinal Heenan School turn right into Woodlea Approach (see the pillar box on the corner). At the “T” junction at the end of Woodlea Approach turn right into Woodlea Gardens, then left at the top into Woodlea Drive, then first right into Woodlea Green and then right at the “T” junction into Woodlea Lane. Pennyfield Close is at the end of the road. Turn right and this property is located in the bottom left-hand corner.
