The New Year has started very strongly for our rentals team and we have hit the ground running which is great to see. Our Rental Co-ordinators have been kept busy with lots of enquiries, mainly from people needing to move ASAP. We tend to find that January & February are busy as a lot of people start new jobs, change locations and start their “new lives” after having plenty of time to think about what they want from 2017 over the festive period.

We have let a property each working day so far in January and so we now need more stock. This is a great time for a landlord to list their property as it is sure to get snapped up very quickly as professional applicants are struggling due to the limited amount of available properties on the market.

We are currently helping some of our management clients secure new investment properties for their portfolio as we are confident the time is right to have a property to let.
