We provide Inventories & Schedules of Condition to ensure the quality of your furniture & decorations are maintained for as long as possible and our quarterly property inspections by our dedicated, full time, Property Inspector ensure the property is well looked after during the tenancy. Our dedicated Maintenance Team is also on hand to arrange repairs and improvements – subject of course to a pre agreed repair budget.
Rents are paid directly into your bank account each month within days of the rent being received by us. You will be sent a monthly invoice and statement for information, whether you live locally or in a far-flung corner of the world and we can provide you with a year-end summary for HMRC.
Our office is open 7 days a week for your tenant to report disrepair or problems. We can even deal with the problems on a weekend, when most managing agents offices are closed. We even have an Out-of Office Hours Emergency number which links directly to our 24/7 contractors.
You will have peace of mind dealing with a firm which agrees to defined standards of customer service, together with the necessary insurances to protect clients’ money and a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress. We are members of ARLA Propertymark, the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and The Property Ombudsman Scheme (membership number: N01562). We also hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. We can find good quality tenants so that you can manage the property yourself, if you would prefer. Or we can simply take the headache and worry out of rent collection, repairs and dealing with contractors, inspections & dilapidations and manage the property and tenants on your behalf.
