We are the first to admit that this industry is not easy. However, we pride ourselves on being able to offer a quality service that can be relied upon in challenging times. We have strategies for marketing, negotiations, tenancy renewals and rent increases to ensure our landlords make the most out of their property investment.

Maintenance: We have a dedicated maintenance team who are on hand to organise all repairs, from a leaking tap    to a full property refurbishment. We use top of the line technology to ensure that our landlords receive regular updates, competitive quotes and quality workmanship from our team of dedicate independent contractors who we have worked with for years.

Inspections: We have a dedicated property inspector at Moores who visits our landlords’ properties every three months. This means our landlords clients can rest assured that their property is being monitored. These inspections are vital for checking the condition of the property, reporting routine and long-term maintenance, allowing us to also to react quickly to any concerns with care.

Finance: Our landlords receive a monthly statement, allowing them to keep track of their income and expenditure. We also provide an annual statement of account, for an additional fee, which enables our landlords to complete their tax returns with ease. We are very proud of our low case of rent arrears, which was just 0.4% in November 2020, compared to the national average of 8%. We attribute this to our diligence in finding quality tenants, followed by our professional property management.
